Refund and Returns Policy

REFUNDS

Our refunds policy:

  • CineCapture Press allows full refunds for UNSIGNED book orders cancelled before order status updates to “shipped”. You must send your request immediately.
  • No refunds on eBooks.
  • If you ordered a SIGNED edition, and it hasn’t shipped, send your refund request immediately, otherwise, NO refunds once your book has shipped.
  • NO refunds on personalized books after they’ve been autographed. If you ordered a personalized edition, refunds *may* still be available if we are notified with a cancellation request before the book is signed.
  • You will receive an email and, if approved, your refund will occur within 72 hours to your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account for confirmation.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please CONTACT US.
